What is Women in Retail Leadership Days and who is it designed for?
Hosted by the Women in Retail Leadership Circle, Women in Retail Leadership Days is one-of-a-kind virtual event designed specifically for women leaders at top retailers and brands. Throughout October, attendees will tune in for a variety of unique and exciting experiences, including inspirational and informative keynotes, interviews with leading retail executives, on-topic panel discussions, professional development workshops, networking opportunities, fun activations, and much more.
A month-long virtual event? How will that work?
We set out to create a virtual event like no other. We designed Women in Retail Leadership Days to connect our community of women leaders over one month, rather than just a few days. We’re actively listening to our community, and one thing is clear: we need connection now more than ever. Our agenda is filled with bite-sized sessions spread out over the course of 30 days. We’ll have a mix of keynotes, panels, networking opportunities, and unique activations. Our goal was to present a digestible schedule that doesn’t require having to dedicate your entire day to watching a screen. Which brings us to our next point: we don’t want you to just watch a screen. We want to foster interaction, engagement and connections. If we can’t be with each other in person, this is the next best thing.
What is the Women in Retail Leadership Circle?
Women in Retail Leadership Circle (WIRLC) is an exclusive community of women executives at leading retailers and brands. Our mission is to foster leadership development for our members by providing an unparalleled mix of events, content and elite connections. Our community is comprised of successful, motivated and passionate women from the entire retail and brand ecosystem who have a strong belief that investing in themselves and in other women is good business. A new theme each week? Tell me more …
Each week throughout October we’ll be focusing on specific themes, including Reunite, Empower, Explore, Reflect, and Conquer. Those themes will be woven into the content and activities of the respective week. We chose these themes because we believe they will inspire you and help you grow personally and professionally.
What is the cost to attend?
The cost to attend is $49 for retailers and brands. Women in Retail Leadership Circle members attend for free as part of their membership. Apply to become a member by clicking here. The cost for consultants and software/solution providers (non-retailer/non-event sponsor) is $499. For any inquiries regarding upgrading to sponsorship level attendance, please contact Jennifer DiPasquale for more details.
Can you define each registration type?
Retailer/Brand: Seller of products and/or services via physical stores and/or online channels (website, mobile site, app, etc.) to end consumers.
Consultant: Non-seller, person who consults with retailers and brands on their businesses.
Software/Solution Provider: Seller of technology software, solutions, tools to retailers and brands, not end consumers.
What’s included in my registration?
Attendees will have access to a month’s worth of exclusive content. We’re talking high-level keynotes from retail juggernauts, candid panel discussions with women leaders, and intimate workshops with the industry’s best executive coaches. You’ll also get the chance to participate in several unique networking sessions and breakouts specifically tailored to your pain points and needs (both personally and professionally). Plus, each Monday in October we’ll release an activation that you can watch and participate in at your leisure. This includes everything from a self-defense class to guided mediation. I purchased my ticket. How do I access Women in Retail Leadership Days?
You will be sent an email with log-in instructions after you purchase your ticket. Please note, attendees will not have access to the event until Oct. 1.
I purchased my ticket, but can no longer attend. Do you offer refunds?
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
I missed a session, can I watch it later?
You sure can. All of our sessions will be available on-demand. You can watch at your leisure.
